St. Louis clients mail their documents to our Kansas City office by USPS, FedEx or UPS with tracking. We confirm the route before you ship, apostille the document through the Missouri Secretary of State, and send it back by tracked FedEx.

Any Missouri local public health or vital records office, including those serving St. Louis City and St. Louis County, issues certified copies of Missouri birth certificates. The Bureau of Vital Records in Jefferson City does too.

The City of St. Louis Recorder of Deeds, or the St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds in Clayton, depending on where the license was issued.

Is the City of St. Louis the same as St. Louis County for records?
No. They are separate jurisdictions with separate recorders and courts. Order your certified copy from the one where the record was filed; we check it before it goes to the Secretary of State.
