Mexico questions.
Do I need an apostille to register my child’s Mexican nationality?
Mexican consulates usually ask for an apostilled U.S. birth certificate, and often a Spanish translation. Confirm the current list with your consulate; we apostille and translate the certificate.
Can I sign a poder notarial here for use in Mexico?
Yes. We prepare and notarize the power of attorney, apostille it, and add a Spanish translation when needed.
