Apostille accepted.

Spain questions.
Can a state apostille be used on my FBI check for Spain?
No. Spain rejects state apostilles on federal documents. Your FBI background check needs a U.S. Department of State apostille.
How recent must my FBI check be for a Spanish visa?
Usually issued within the last 90 days at the time of your application. Confirm with your consulate.
